- A set of management processes suitable for project organization, implementation, acceptance and training process for new farmer training programs has been crystallized in the training practice, and formed into SOP manuals.
- Offline: illustrated and easy to understand, of which two books on pig farming and poultry farming have been published;
- Online: over 140 video courses have been developed in place, allowing for fragmented learning from short videos in an easy-to-understand and highly operable manner; there are 92 not-for-profit live streaming agricultural courses of various kinds available.

Since March 2018, the training program for 100,000 new farmers has been officially carried out, well underway now with a greatest growth momentum. We help with rural revitalization mainly in the following aspects:
Relying on the Company’s business advantages, systematic short-duration training seminars and farming technical service support are conducted
We rely on the corporate resources and local strengths of branches and subsidiaries to organize highly practical technical skills training for effectively improving professional skills of farmers; service expert teams are assigned to sites for solving problems encountered in the breeding process of farmers.
Joint training conducted by exploiting advantages of government, schools and companies
We actively undertake new-type professional farmer training assignments from government departments, and work with schools to fully exploit multi-stakeholder strengths and spare no efforts to allow trainees to accomplish training objectives and become standardized technical personnel for rural construction throughout project lifecycle ranging from early project matchmaking, design of overall training program, program execution to final acceptance of achievements. Currently, we have established partnerships with Qingdao Agriculture Commission, Shandong General Animal Husbandry and Veterinarian Station, Mabian Yi Autonomous County Government, Pingdu Agriculture Broadcasting TV School and Shandong Vocational Animal Science and Veterinary College.
Green-collar Space Entrepreneurship Incubation Base established to support rural technological innovation and entrepreneurship partners
The Green-collar Space creates the best possible ecosystem and services for agricultural entrepreneurs through duplicating space entities, professional services of the green-collar membership system, investment and financing matchmaking and professional training course design. It will support 500 rural technological innovation and entrepreneurship partners in the next five years and spend 5 years creating 100 distinctive “green products” nationwide, in an effort to pursue the objective of “one industry per town, one product per county”.
New Hope Green Collar Academy and 100,000-new-farmer training base established as secondary college through school-company cooperation
A culturally, technically and professionally accomplished young generation serves as a reserve force for the rural revitalization undertaking, and also the recipients that New Hope needs to target for its intensive training efforts. We established New Hope Green-Collar Academy in partnership with Shandong Vocational Animal Science and Veterinary College, Jiangsu Vocational College of Agriculture and Forestry, Xinjin County People’s Government, Jiangmen Polytechnic and Chengdu Agricultural College, where we offer modern apprenticeship New Hope Liuhe class, while we jointly build New Hope Green-Collar College Base through synergistic effects. Currently, over 10,000 college students have graduated from the Academy, becoming reserve forces for the agricultural and animal husbandry industries.
New farmer textbooks and online micro-classes help new farmers acquire technical and skill knowledge
Two interesting and professional textbooks on pig and chicken raising SOP were completed within one month by veteran experts through writing, reading and editing under our arrangements. As acquiring knowledge online using fragmented time has become a prevailing learning trend now, micro classes on pig and chicken raising break systematic knowledge into five-minute online micro lectures using a language understandable by farmers, imparting one farming skill knowledge point to farmers at one time.
Green-collar workers are continuously empowered through the green-collar non-profit lecture series using the online platforms
We initiated the “Green-collar Non-profit Lecture Series” in collaboration with the Farmers’ Daily, China Economic Network, crnew.net, China Country Magazine Publishing, Kuaishou Short Video and National Rural Industry Integration and Development Alliance, with a view to building a Huangpu Military Academy in agro-related fields and training more green-collar practitioners online for free. Currently, industry gurus and farming experts are invited to empower farmers through this lecture on a weekly basis, bringing farming knowledge to thousands of households in need.
