Technology R&D is an important driving force for the sustainable development of agriculture and animal husbandry, and quality inspection ability is the key link to ensure product quality. We have invested tremendous efforts in technology R&D, built 16 R&D bases and 26 pilot test bases, and undertaken the 11th Five-year Plan, 12th Five-year Plan and 863 Program. We are committed to the research of nutritional requirements, emergy of raw materials, application of raw materials, fodder processing, application of additives and other projects. Technology R&D provides strong support for formula optimization. Through the evaluation of raw material value, research of processing parameters and nutrition research, we revise the raw material database and strive to achieve the precise formula and the most suitable formula.

Quality inspection is the last pass to control product safety and quality. With a high sense of responsibility and mission, we have built a professional and high-level quality inspection system. New Hope Liuhe Enterprise Technology Center was recognized as the "National Fodder Processing Technology Research and Development Branch Center" by the Ministry of Agriculture in 2008, and as the "National Enterprise Technology Center" by departments like National Development and Reform Commission in 2009. 2 Quality and Safety Testing Centers of the company passed the authentication of China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) in 2011 and 2017 respectively, which marks that the Testing Centers have reached the international advanced level in the technical level and standard management of quality and safety testing of products and raw materials, the testing process conforms to international practice, and the testing report can be recognized in 72 countries around the world, such as the United States, the European Union and Japan.
